A flush housing for LED strip

This 2m aluminium profile is recessed into the surface, so it sits flush and looks built in. It suits narrow spaces where a surface profile would stick out, such as under cabinets, along shelving, in display units, on feature walls and as architectural accents. One length covers a long run with fewer joins.

Milky diffuser

The milky diffuser softens the light, cuts glare and spreads it evenly, so you see a smooth line rather than a row of dots. It also keeps dust and knocks off the strip.

Keeps the strip cool

The aluminium acts as a heat sink and draws heat away from the strip, which helps it last, especially in a closed channel.

Takes most strip

Inside, the channel is 20.5mm wide, so it takes 8mm, 10mm and 12mm LED strip. Pair it with natural white strip for task lighting over a worktop, or warm white for a relaxed living room or bedroom. LED strip is sold separately.

Fitting

Cut a channel that fits the 23.5mm back width and 20.5mm depth; the 30.5mm front lip then sits over the edge for a neat finish. The mounting clips and end caps are included.

Where to use it

It's rated IP20, so use it indoors and away from water. For bathrooms and outdoors, choose a profile with a higher IP rating.
