Installation is not an issue with this LED fire-rated downlight. It's mains powered, so you don't need a driver to make it work, and it is designed with a screw-in terminal block allowing you to wire your lights in series!
Remember that this downlight is 108mm tall and 85mm in diameter and requires a 65mm cut-out hole. It's a must that you get these measurements right because otherwise, you'll either have a protruding or hanging fixture (not ideal for recessed downlights)!
This LED downlight is fire-rated to 90-minute of protection. It means that the holes you cut to install your fixture are resealed, and your ceiling is reinforced to extend the time it takes for the fire to spread. Also, no bulbs are supplied with this LED downlight, but because it's dimmable, you can pair it with a dimmable GU10 bulb and a compatible dimmer switch to utilise its dimming features.
We offer a 3-year warranty with the downlight and a 2-year warranty for any bulbs you include!
