Shipping policy

All goods are shipped on the same day as we receive the order. Providing that, the order is received before 3pm on a working day (Working days are Monday to Friday and before 3pm).  However, please note that we do not work on bank holidays, and a full list of UK Bank holidays can be found here.

The only exclusion from the above is when you order LED Strip Lighting - all LED Strip is bespoke and cut to a customer's requirement from longer reels of 50m long, therefore, the cut-off time for the same-day shipping of LED Strip Lighting products is slightly earlier at 1 pm. 

If you order on a bank holiday, your order will be shipped on the next available working day. 

We use several couriers which could include DPD, Yodel, Hermes, Royal Mail etc.

We deliver ONLY to the mainland UK. If you are in Northern Ireland, the highlands of Scotland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man ETC then we will email you after you have placed your order requesting further postage to be paid.
