This LED downlight is IP20-rated and features an adjustable gimbal that tilts up and down, which is perfect for highlighting unique architectural structures, decorative elements, artwork, and furniture pieces. It is suitable for installation in multi-functional rooms like the kitchen or as accent lighting in the living room.

Our LED downlight works with any GU10 bulb but requires a dimmable bulb and a compatible dimmer switch for optimal dimming. You can get the GU10 bulb in cool white, natural white, and warm white light, each with a unique colour tone. Cool white and natural white are ideal for task lighting, while warm white light creates a relaxing and cosy environment.

This downlight is fire-rated for 30, 60 and 90 minutes for solid joist ceilings and suitable for web and I-joist ceilings for 30 minutes of protection. Fire-rated downlights like this have an intumescent pad that activates when exposed to a specific temperature, blocking even the smallest gaps where fire may slip through.

Installing this fixture is quick and easy. It's constructed with a loop-in/out terminal block, push-fit connectors for straightforward wiring, and a twist-and-lock mechanism for quick bulb changes.

Furthermore, this downlight is insulation-coverable. However, you can place loft insulation loosely over its rear only when paired with a GU10 LED lamp with a maximum power of 7w. Insulation helps expel heat quickly, decreasing warmth trapped in the space and lowering electrical bills!

The open-can design of this downlight allows the bulbs you use with it to last a long time. Its simple round bezel and beautiful polished chrome finish make it a versatile addition to any home decor scheme!
