Installing this LED downlight is not a hassle because it’s designed with a twist and lock mechanism (easy bulb changes) and a wiring block (effortless loop-in/out). Furthermore, it’s mains powered, meaning you don’t need a driver or transformer to make it work. One less step in the overall procedure!

Just note that this fixture has an 80mm diameter and requires a 65mm cut-out hole. It’s necessary to get his right because if not, you’ll end up with an ill-fitting downlight! Protruding or hanging is not the end result you should have.

This LED downlight is made from die-cast aluminium, so expect it won’t rust or tarnish even if you have it for years! Also, there are no bulbs supplied with this fixture. However, since it’s dimmable, pairing it with a dimmable GU10 bulb and a compatible dimmer switch will enable you to utilise its dimming function!
