Also, it has an open-can design that ensures the long lifespan of the bulb you pair with it!

Our LED downlight is independently tested to meet all relevant British standards and is fire-rated to 30, 60 and 90 minutes of protection for solid joist ceilings and is suitable for web and I-joist ceilings for 30 minutes of protection, which means that the hole you cut to mount the lights are resealed, reinforcing the ceiling and delaying the time it takes for a fire to spread through it. If there are floors above where you're installing your downlights, this type of downlight is an essential safety feature.

This downlight has a tiltable gimbal that enables you to adjust the light beam to your desired direction or an area requiring extra illumination. If you love decorating depending on the season, having an adjustable downlight will give you more flexibility to move around your décor and furniture pieces since your lights can keep up!

Installing this downlight is effortless and stress-free. It's constructed with a loop-in/out terminal block with push-fit connectors and a twist-and-lock mechanism for quick bulb changes! It's also mains-powered, so you don't need to buy a driver or transformer to make it work. Have your electrician wire it directly to the mains circuit, add a bulb, and it's good to go! After a few hours, you'll be able to enjoy your new bright lights. Also, remember to inform your electrician that this downlight has a 90mm diameter and a 113mm height and requires a 75mm cut-out hole. Although it's written in the box, it's best to be sure! 

This downlight does not include bulbs because everyone has a different lighting preference. However, since this fitting is dimmable, we recommend adding a dimmable GU10 LED bulb with an LED-compatible dimmer switch to utilise its dimming function. Also, it is insulation-coverable, given that you pair it with a 7w GU10 bulb max.
