A neat housing for LED strip

Bare LED strip looks like a circuit board when it's switched off. This 2m aluminium profile covers it, so a strip run along a shelf, a stair or a hallway looks finished whether it's lit or not. It also keeps dust off the strip and stops it getting knocked.

Black diffuser

The black diffuser softens the light, cuts glare and spreads the light evenly, so you see a smooth line rather than a row of dots. With the black aluminium body it suits dark kitchens, modern interiors and anywhere a white profile would stand out.

Fitting

The profile mounts on the surface, so there's nothing to rout or cut out. Clean the surface, fix the profile in place and slide the strip in. If you're not used to electrical work, get an electrician to connect the strip.

Where to use it

It's rated IP20, so use it indoors and away from water: living rooms, kitchens (away from the sink), bedrooms, hallways, stairs and home offices.
