Since this is powered by LED technology, although your fixture looks classic, it's less energy-consuming than traditional bulbs!

Installing this LED downlight will be straightforward because it is mains-powered. Just wire it directly to the mains circuit and add a bulb—easy-peasy! Remember that this downlight is 108mm tall and 80mm in diameter and requires a 55mm cut-out hole. You have to get the measurements right because your downlight will not fit, or it can fall off your ceiling if you don't. Both cases are not ideal for recessed downlights!

There are no bulbs supplied with this LED downlight. However, since it's dimmable, pairing it with a dimmable GU10 bulb and a compatible dimmer switch will enable you to utilise its dimming function. In addition, this LED downlight is fire-rated, meaning the holes you cut to mount the fixtures are resealed, and your ceiling is reinforced, extending the time when the fire will spread.
