Square plinth lights for a mid-sized kitchen

Eight lights give you enough for a run of kitchen units or an island. Set low in the plinths, they light the floor beneath the units, add some depth to the room in the evening and work as a night light when the main lights are off.

In the box

The kit has eight square plinth lights and an LED driver. Wire the driver into the mains, or put a plug on it and use a socket. Each light has a 2m cable and the driver has a 1m cable, so you have plenty of reach along the units.

Light and power

All eight lights together use 8w. They give natural white light at 4000K, a clear neutral tone, over a 90° beam. Average life is 30,000 hours.

Size and finish

The square face is 33 x 33mm with a brushed chrome finish that goes with most handles and hardware. Each light needs a 28mm hole and is 28mm deep.

Things to know

The kit is not dimmable. It is rated IP20, so fit it indoors, away from water.
