The downlight is fire-rated for 30, 60, and 90 minutes for solid timber joist ceilings and 30 minutes for web and I-joist ceilings. Its intumescent pad activates when exposed to a specific temperature, preventing the fire from slipping through the crevices encircling the fixture. A fire-rated downlight ensures your home is safe and beautiful, and it is essential to have one in place, especially for multi-story homes.
This downlight has a dual-power feature (6w and 4w), allowing you to adjust the power consumption easily. It's also highly efficient, requiring only a minimal 6w power to produce 600 lumens max brightness with a 50-degree beam angle!
Furthermore, our downlight is colour-temperature adjustable, allowing you to access cool white, natural white, and warm white light in a single unit.
