Skirting with built-in lighting

This pack has two 2m skirting LED profiles, 4m in all, enough for a hallway, a landing or one wall of a living room. At 80mm high and 18mm deep, each profile does the job of a skirting board, with no extra boards or trims needed. Switched off it looks like normal skirting; lit, it gives a soft, low-level glow along the floor that helps people see where they are walking.

Matt black

The matt black finish suits modern, industrial and minimalist interiors and goes with dark flooring, black door frames and metal fittings.

Protects and hides the strip

The aluminium body houses the LED strip and its cables, so nothing is on show once fitted, and keeps the strip away from knocks, dust, furniture and cleaning. The included diffuser covers the LEDs and smooths the light. The aluminium resists corrosion and also draws heat away from the strip, which helps it last.

Cut to fit

Each profile can be cut to length for shorter walls, corners and doorways. Measure first, cut the profiles, then fit the profiles and strip. The channel takes LED strip up to 10.7mm wide; strip is sold separately.

Where to use it

The profiles are rated IP20, so use them in dry indoor spaces: hallways, living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, showrooms, receptions and offices.
