Lights on when someone walks in

This slimline PIR sensor switches the connected lights on when it detects movement and turns them off again after a set time with no movement. Fit it in hallways, landings, porches, garages, store rooms and toilets so lights only run when someone is there.

Wide coverage

The sensor sees all the way round, with 360° detection and a range of up to 8m (at temperatures below 24°C). It picks up movement at walking speeds of 0.6 to 1.5m/s.

Set it to suit the room

Two controls let you set how long the lights stay on and the light level at which the sensor works. The daylight sensor can be set from under 3 lux to 2000 lux, so you can stop the lights coming on when there's already enough daylight.

Load and power

The sensor runs on 220-240V AC mains and can switch up to 1000W of LED lighting. Keep the total connected load within that limit.

Fitting

It mounts on the surface, and its black body is 115mm across and 25mm deep. Keep the lens uncovered with a clear view of the area you want to watch. Installation and mains wiring must be done by a qualified electrician. It is rated IP20, so fit it indoors.
