Recti Super Slim 5w LED Cabinet Light, Cool White 6000K, 4mm Thin, 12V

Crisp light for prep areas

Cool white at 6000K is a crisp light with a slight blue edge, which helps when you're chopping, cleaning or reading small print. This Recti cabinet light is just 4mm thick, so it tucks under wall units, shelves and display cases without a bulky fitting showing.

Change the colour if you need to

Cool white is the setting it's sold as. A small switch on the edge moves it to warm white 3000K or natural white 4000K, so you're not stuck if the room needs something softer.

Output

It gives 400 lumens from 5w across a 120° beam, and the LEDs are rated for an average of 30,000 hours. The 150 x 65mm body is anodised aluminium and wipes clean with a damp cloth.

Powering it

The light runs on 12V DC, so you'll need an LED driver: a 15W driver for up to three lights, or a 20W driver for up to four. Don't load a driver past its rating. Run it from a wall switch or a plug-in socket, or add a remote receiver set or a smart driver if you want remote, app or voice control. Each light has a 2m cable.

Indoors only

It's rated IP20, so fit it in dry spots away from the sink.
