A downlight with its own sensor

The Discus has a PIR motion sensor built in. It turns the light on when it picks up movement and off again after a set time with nobody there, so corridors, stairwells, toilets, store rooms and utility rooms are only lit when they're in use.

Choose the power

A switch on the fitting sets it to 10W, 15W or 18W, giving 950, 1350 or 1500 lumens. Pick the setting to suit the room, from a small cupboard to a busy hallway. The light is natural white at 4000K, a clean, balanced light, with a CRI above 80 and a 120° beam.

Only 18mm deep

At 18mm deep and 220mm across, it suits ceilings with little space above. The white finish blends into a white ceiling, and a silver bezel is available separately.

Ceiling or wall

The adjustable bracket lets you mount it on the surface or semi-recessed, on a ceiling or a wall, with a cut-out anywhere from 65mm to 205mm. That makes it a good replacement where old fittings have left holes of different sizes.

Fitting

It runs straight from 230V mains with no separate driver, and comes pre-wired with a 30cm cable. The body is aluminium, rated IK04 for impact and IP20, so use it indoors in dry areas. It is not dimmable. Have a qualified electrician fit it. Rated life is 25,000 hours.
