This COB LED strip light is an elegant and pristine alternative to standard strip lights, producing a continuous uniform glow. Its CRI >90 makes colours more vibrant, making it ideal for retail stores to make products more engaging to customers. In addition, the strip comes with a free bespoke cutting service, allowing you to pay only for what you need. Keep in mind that it's cuttable every 50mm increments, so you must round off your dimensions to the nearest 50mm.
This COB LED strip's natural white (4000K) colour temperature suits task lighting. It can be used as additional desk lighting or under cabinet lighting to provide extra illumination on work surfaces. Furthermore, you can control this strip lig in multiple ways! Use a non-dimmable driver with a standard wall switch or pair a dimmable LED driver with an LED-compatible dimmer switch for a traditional method. Alternatively, pair a non-dimmable LED driver with a remote control dimmer, mains wired wall controller, a smart controller (which allows you to link this COB strip to an App on your phone or smart speakers like Alexa or Google Home), or a battery-powered controller (white or black)!
To use this strip, you need a dimmable or non-dimmable 24v DC LED driver, as it is low-voltage. To get the correct driver, multiply the wattage per metre by the total length of the strips. Always round up to the nearest driver to avoid overloading!
We recommend using this COB LED strip with one of our LED profiles to protect the strips against dust, dirt, and curious hands and to make them appear more finished and refined. Additionally, ensure that the strip light fits the internal width of the LED profile you're looking for, as this strip light is 8mm wide.
