Black Outdoor Wall Lantern with PIR Sensor, E27, IP43, Traditional 6 Sided

A classic six sided lantern

This six sided wall lantern has the shape of a traditional outdoor light in black. Clear glass on all six sides lets the light out evenly, so it lights the doorstep and the wall around it, and shows off the bulb you choose.

Lights up when someone arrives

A PIR motion sensor switches the light on when it picks up movement, so you can see who is at the door and you are not paying to light an empty porch all night. It covers a wide 120° in front of the light and reaches up to 8m.

Choose your bulb

It has a standard E27 lamp holder, so you choose the brightness and colour of the light. The bulb is not included. Use a bulb up to 60w; a warm bulb gives an inviting glow, and an LED E27 bulb keeps running costs down.

For covered outdoor spots

The lantern is rated IP43, which protects well against dust but only against light splashes of water. Fit it in a covered or sheltered spot, such as a porch or entrance wall, not out in the open.

Fitting

The lantern runs on 220-240v mains and connects straight to the circuit with no driver or transformer, the same as a standard household light. Have a qualified electrician fit it. It is not dimmable.
