Acoustic Slat Wall LED Neon Light, 2.4m, Warm White 2700K, Light Only

A single line of light

This is one 2.4m warm white LED neon light on its own, for the groove of an acoustic slat wall panel. Use it for a line of light beside a television, along a headboard or in a narrow panelled feature. It comes at its full 2.4m length, ready to shorten on site if needed. The driver and any controls are sold separately; kits with a driver, or a driver and remote, are also available.

Warm, even light

The light is warm white at 2700K with a CRI above 90. The diffused cover gives a smooth glow without visible LED dots, and a full light gives 164 lumens, which suits ambient feature lighting. Use other lighting for reading, working and general room light. The colour is fixed warm white and does not change.

Check the fit

The light is 13.8mm wide and 8.2mm high, in matte black that blends into darker grooves when off. Measure the width and depth of your panel grooves and plan the cable route before you order, as panel sizes vary.

Power

The light runs on 24V DC and draws 26.4w at full length. Choose a 24V LED driver rated for that load, and add up the loads if you run several lights from one driver. Never connect the neon straight to the mains. Keep the driver dry and accessible.

Cutting and wiring

The light can be shortened at the marked 50mm cutting points. Isolate the power and measure carefully before you cut; an off-cut cannot be plugged back in without a new connection. It has a 1m lead with bare red and black wires, so wiring is needed. Follow the wiring and polarity instructions, and have a qualified electrician make the mains connection.

Indoors only

The neon is IP67 when uncut, and cutting opens the sealed end. It is for indoor slat walls, not outdoor use.
