3.5w Slim Square LED Under Cabinet Light, 12V, Warm or Natural White, Black or Brushed Nickel

A slim light for under cupboards and shelves

This square LED cabinet light is only 6.5mm thick and 99mm across, so it sits almost flat under a wall cupboard or shelf and is hard to spot. The soft curved edge keeps it neat. Choose a matt black or brushed chrome/nickel finish to suit your kitchen.

Pick the colour

Warm white (3000K) has a soft, yellowish tone that makes a kitchen, dining room or living room feel cosy. Natural white (4000K) has no strong yellow or blue tint and suits worktops, desks and other places where you need to see clearly.

Output

Each light uses 3.5w and gives 185 lumens in warm white or 198 lumens in natural white over a 120° beam. Average life is 30,000 hours.

Easy fixing

A magnetic fixing and 3M adhesive pad hold the light in place, so there's no need to drill. Each light has a 1.5m cable.

Powering it

The light runs on 12V DC, so it needs a 12V LED driver, sold separately. As a guide, an 8w driver runs up to 2 lights and a 30w driver runs up to 5. Always choose a driver at or above the total wattage. To dim the lights, use an LED controller with a remote or smart app, or a dimmable LED driver with a compatible wall dimmer. If you're not confident with electrics, have an electrician fit it.

Where to use it

It's rated IP20, so use it indoors in dry places: under kitchen cupboards away from the sink, in pantries, under shelves, in living rooms and bedrooms.
