12V COB LED Strip, Natural White 4000K, 8w/m, Dotless, Price Per Metre

Price per metre. The price shown is for 1 metre. Enter the number of metres you need as the quantity, so a quantity of 5 gets you 5 metres.

Natural white with no hot spots

COB (chip on board) strip packs the LEDs so closely that you see a single unbroken line of light instead of a row of dots. Natural white at 4000K sits between warm and cool: clear, neutral light that suits kitchens, garages, offices, classrooms, bathrooms away from water, and any space where you need to see detail.

Brightness

Every metre gives 800 lumens and draws 8w. The beam angle is 110° and the LEDs are rated for an average of 30,000 hours.

Installing the strip

Peel off the backing and stick the 8mm strip in place. You can cut it every 25mm, and a single run can be up to 8m long. An aluminium profile made for 8mm strip gives a tidier finish and keeps dust off.

Driver and controls

The strip runs on 12V DC, so it needs a 12V LED driver. Work out the load by multiplying 8w by the number of metres, then choose the next driver size above that figure. Never use a driver rated below the load. The strip dims, and it works with LED remote controls, wall controllers and smart controllers.

Where it can go

With an IP20 rating it is for dry indoor spaces only: kitchen cabinets and shelves, wardrobes, bookcases, under the bed, coves and signs.
