10w LED Bulkhead Light, 1050 Lumens, IP65, Cool White 6500K, Black

Bright, plain bulkhead light

This 10w bulkhead gives 1,050 lumens of cool white 6500K light, close to daylight. It suits porches, outside walls, corridors, stairwells, garages, warehouses and car parks, anywhere you need clear, even light to see by and to keep an area safe. A well lit entrance also helps put off intruders.

Low running cost

It draws only 10w for its 1,050 lumens, which is 105 lumens per watt. A fluorescent fitting needs roughly twice the wattage for the same light, so swapping to LED cuts running costs where lights stay on for long hours. SMD LED chips and a wide 120° beam spread the light over a broad area.

Built for outdoors

Rated IP65, it is dust tight and protected against water jets, so rain and dirt are not a problem. It is not for use under water. The base is black polypropylene, which is flexible and resists chemicals, and the prismatic diffuser is polycarbonate, which is tough, impact resistant and copes with heat and sunlight.

Mains powered

It connects straight to a 220-240v mains circuit, with no driver, batteries or solar panel, so it gives the same steady light every night whatever the weather. It is not dimmable and has no sensor or emergency backup. Average life is 30,000 hours. Have a qualified electrician fit it.
