Our LED downlight has a GU10 lamp holder, so you can use it with any GU10 bulb. However, we recommend getting a dimmable GU10 bulb and a compatible dimmer switch to use its dimming features. The downlight is insulation-coverable. However, you can only place loose loft insulation if you pair the downlight with a GU10 bulb with a maximum of 7w of power.
