Light a cupboard when the door opens

This door trigger sensor lights a single door cupboard or wardrobe without a separate switch. The lights come on when the door opens and go off when it closes, so there is light while you choose clothes, find ingredients or reach into a cabinet.

Plugs into the driver

The sensor has a 2m lead and plugs into the dedicated sensor port on a compatible 24V plug and play furniture driver. It doesn't use one of the light outputs. The driver and lights are sold separately.

Group control

The sensor switches all the compatible cabinet lights, LED strips and profiles connected to that driver together. It doesn't switch each light on its own, so use separate drivers for areas that need different controls.

Plan it with the furniture

For DIY cupboards, fitted joinery and cabinet making, decide where the sensor will sit so the door operates it, before you fix panels or route the cable. It is an on/off control; for adjustable brightness, choose a dimming control from the same range instead.
