Sometimes, traditional lighting fixtures can become tiresome. You've seen it many times, in different homes, properties, and establishments. So, if you're looking for a unique way to light up your space, then you should try our 12v LED strip lights! These lights produce a brilliant cool white light with 618 lumens per metre and a 120-degree beam angle. With that much brightness, you'll have no problem illuminating your room!
Our 12v LED strip lights are cuttable every 50mm, and we happily offer a free bespoke cutting service if you need customised lengths. On top of that, we'll also solder a 2-metre cable at the end of the strips, meaning your lights are ready for installation when they're delivered. So, you'll only be paying for what you need and not waste your time cutting and soldering! Just remember that when you place your order, round down to the nearest 50mm.
These 12v LED strip lights are IP65 rated, meaning they are waterproof, so you can safely install them in your bathroom (even in zone 1). While this strip is protected against water jets, splashes, and moisture, you should not submerge it (you'd need IP68 for this).
Since our 12v LED strip lights are low voltage, you'll need an LED driver to make them work. How would you find a compatible driver? Well, you'll have to do a little math! Multiply the watts per metre of the strip (5w) by the number of metres you're using. So, for example, if you have 10 metres of this strip, multiply 5w by 10, and you'll get the driver that you need (50w in this example). Make sure to round it up because if your driver has a lower wattage than your lights, it will overload.
When it comes to dimming these lights, if you're using a traditional style wall dimmer (must be LED compatible), you'll need a dimmable driver. But if you don't want it to be dimmed, or you're pairing it with a remote controller or a smart controller, then you'll only need a standard driver.
We offer a 5-year warranty for this product so you can enjoy your lovely bright space for a long time without any worries about the quality!
