25 Pack Matt Brass Fire Rated GU10 Downlights, Fixed, Dimmable, IP20

One finish across a whole project

A bulk pack of 25 fixed GU10 downlights in matt brass, so a hotel floor, office, block of flats or large house gets the same warm, refined finish throughout without running short mid-job.

Fire rating

These downlights are fire rated to 30, 60 and 90 minutes in solid joist ceilings and 30 minutes in I-joist ceilings, helping keep the ceiling's fire resistance where the holes are cut.

Your choice of lamp

GU10 lamps aren't included, so you can pick the colour and brightness for each room. Fit dimmable GU10 lamps and a compatible dimmer switch to dim them.

Insulation

Loft insulation can be laid over the fittings as long as each one uses a GU10 LED lamp of 7w or less.

Fitting

Push-fit connectors and loop in/loop out terminals make wiring quick, whether you're a trade installer or a confident DIYer. Each light fits a 65mm to 75mm hole and runs on 220-240v mains. It's IP20, so use it in dry rooms such as living rooms, hallways, bedrooms and offices.
