Even, dot-free warm white light

This 12V COB (chip on board) LED strip gives a continuous line of light with no visible dots, so it looks clean even where the strip can be seen. The colour is warm white at 2700K, a soft tone for living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, lounges, cafes and hotel rooms.

Output per metre

Each metre gives 800 lumens from 8w, which is 100 lumens per watt. Beam angle is 110° and average life is 30,000 hours.

Fitting it

The strip is 8mm wide with a self-adhesive back. It can be cut every 25mm and runs up to 8m. For a neater finish and extra protection, fit it inside an aluminium LED profile that takes an 8mm strip.

Powering it

This is a 12V DC strip, so it needs a 12V LED driver. To size the driver, multiply 8w by the total length in metres and pick the next driver size up. A smaller driver can damage the strip. The strip is dimmable and works with LED remote controls, wall controllers and smart LED controllers.

Where to use it

It is rated IP20, so keep it indoors and away from water. It suits under cabinets, shelves, coves, stairs and signs.
