Loading to about 80%, or 28.8w, leaves spare capacity, but you can use up to the full 36w. Each output is limited to 3A, and the driver's 36w total still applies. If areas need separate control, or the job needs more power or outputs, use more than one driver. Put it in a dry, reachable place and measure the cable routes to each light before fitting cupboards or shelves.
